Welcome to Blissful Berners, where our love for Bernese Mountain Dogs translates into healthy, happy, and well-socialized puppies.

Christy has had a passion for this breed since she was a child. She has grown up caring for, rescuing and nurturing animals of all kinds her entire life. Naturally she found a career in the Veterinary Field where she stayed for 20 years before deciding to Perdue one of her greatest passion, Bernese Mountain Dogs. We have turned a passion into a lifestyle! Our dogs are our lives we adore them, they are raised inside with us and our children and other animals.

We don't like to call ourselves "breeders" as we feel we are so much more than that, we care deeply not just for our dog and puppies, but to the amazing people we've met along the way that share our passion and love!
